Thailand IX – National Internet Exchange

Client’s Goal

TH-IX (Thailand IX) is the internet exchange point originally built by CAT Telecom, a state-owned enterprise in Thailand whose roots go back to the government of the famous Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra. In 2021, CAT Telecom merged with TOT, forming National Telecom.

They are the leader in the domain of internet infrastructure in Thailand. The goal of the project Thailand IX is to present this business branch in a professional and user-friendly way.

The Solution

Thailand IX is an informative website that shows the recent news of the company branch, presents the core information for their partners and clients, and features real-time charts of their system status. In 2023, we conducted a redesign and added several features, like dark mode, to improve and elevate the user experience.

For a well-established and industry-leading company in the internet industry, security is of utmost importance, which is why, from the beginning, we worked closely with the tech team of Thailand IX to ensure an impeccable security and performance-focused setup for the website.
